Holy shit!

I’ve lost a kilo in two days of the Attack phase of the Dukan Diet! I’m amazed! I hope this keeps up for the next three! I oscillate between finding it quite difficult and finding it really easy… same as any other diet, I guess. But today is only day 3, I think by day 5 I’ll be craving veggies really badly - which is good! I’m optimistic. :D

Dukan diet day 2

Just finishing day two of the Attack phase. I must say I found it a bit difficult today regardless of the fact that everything I ate was really tasty. I’m interested to see what the scales read tomorrow… I’m a bit apprehensive about this diet, I must say. It sounds a bit, well… not unsafe but unusual. But then, who knows. I’ll definitely give it a week or two anyway. I will probably do the Attack phase for five days, so, only three more to go. ^_^

Here are my guidelines (they’re more like rules really) for the next few weeks.

  1. No empty carbs.
  2. No takeaway.
  3. Try to generally not spend money out on food.
  4. Eat primarily fruit, vegetables, yoghurt, lean meat and occasionally carbs such as wholewheat pasta, etc.
  5. Gym or working out as much as possible.
  6. (most importantly) No eating after 7pm.

Time to get this game on again!

I’ve been doing so shit lately! 

I REALLY NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK! IT IS HAPPENING STARTING TOMORROW! Like, for real. Exercise + DIET. I will go on Weight Watchers properly and keep it up and lose a normal amount of weight. I mean 1-1,5kg a week is all I’m asking for really. I really have to do this this time.

The past week has been really on and off. My weight has maintained but I haven’t been to the gym at all and I can definitely feel it. Urgh. Well today it’s back to lots of fruit and veggies and back to working out this week, fo sho. I really want to drop drop drop the weight now… consistently for the next few weeks.

Update

I’m so confused because my weight is dropping so, so, so slowly but my measurements are going down. I feel like in a way I should just stop weighing but on the other hand I think I am much more vigilant when I have a weigh in coming up. I am STILL having a hard time sticking to a proper diet - it’s like I am the image of perfection for the week and then on Friday-Saturday-Sunday it all goes out the window — eating wise, at least. I lost another inch and a half this week, so… I just have to keep reminding myself that it all counts. I want to be really perfect this coming week, up to the 21st March… as I am going to the UK to visit one of my Erasmus friends and I want to ideally have lost a few more inches! I’m so excited though… :D Just gotta keep working at it I guess! Though it is a bit discouraging that the weight seems to be so s.l.o.w in coming off… though I suppose the important part is that it is!

I’ll be so happy when I drop another dress size! Hopefully that will come relatively soon!!
